“ Great location, decent ambience and very good food. Here’s what we ordered and how we felt: Idli - 5/5 Onion uthappam - 5/5 Mysore sada Dosa - 5/5 All their chutneys were also very tasty. ”
“ Our short stay in Salt Lake City and such an amazing experience eating at Chettinad House..... they were keeping in mind all Covid related guidelines. We were the only ones to dine in, but there were many takeaways . We ordered , Masala Chai , Masala Dosa , Masala Vada , Rasam , Samosa Chat , chilly paneer and sweet lassi , I must say , each and every dish was fingers licking delicious I loved their Rasam , vada n chilly paneer specially. The sambhar which came with dosa wasn’t of my taste , it was sweeter but had good veggies including drumsticks. The server , Ankush was friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Chettinad House ”
“ Dropped in without a reservation, food is amazing. Choices are mild, medium, hot or native. I ordered mild and probably could have gone with medium. Great service and great prices. ”
“ If you call yourself a "Foodie" you owe this place a visit. Had such a great experience at Chettinad House. I went yesterday for a friend's birthday celebration and they really helped to make it a special experience. First off, the food was absolutely delicious. Having never been to a Southern Indian restaurant, I had to try the Dosa. To say the least, I was blown away. I made a comment about how spicy it was to a friend. Our waiter must have heard because within a minute he delivered a bowl of more Dosa filling that was less spicy. To cap off the night, they brought out some complimentary dessert to celebrate the birthday. I will absolutely be back soon. The biggest surprise was that it wasn't busy inside the restaurant. Hoping it is just because it was late on Sunday night. ”
“ I ordered the Lamb Mango Curry and a Himalayan Blue. Everything was so incredibly good, the lamb was tender and the curry was perfectly spicy. The service was excellent, everyone was so nice and easily laughed with us. They have a fountain running in the back which provides excellent ambiance with soft music. I can not wait to go back again! ”
